"Age Gracefully: The Power of Mobility and Flexibility in Your Golden Years" presented by Dr. David Charig.Dr. David Charig, DC, RPA will emphasize the benefits of the practices he will be discussing which are tailored to this important distinguished audience. By attending this presentation, you will be better prepared to shore up your mobility skills. Dr. Charig will help everyone understand how to maintain and improve their quality of life during their later years! What could be better than that!
Registration: $20 in person (light refreshments will be served)
$10 on Zoom
Everyone must RSVP by 4/12 at 12 pm - No Walk-ins
Vaccination for COVID-19 is recommended; masks are encouraged but not required.
Proceeds to benefit Hadassah.
The zoom link for the meeting will be sent the day before the meeting.
According to Hadassah policy, advance registration and a signed participant release are required for all events.
