"The Fuss Which You Are Making: Jewish Mothers, December Holidays, and American Public Schools" presented by Dr. Miriam Eve Mora.Dr. Mora is the Director of Academic and Public Programs at the Center for Jewish History in New York City and the Historian in Residence at the Wyner Family Jewish Heritage Center at the New England Historic Genealogical Society. She received her B.F.A. in Photography from Columbia College, Chicago in 2007, her M.A. in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2009, and her Ph.D. in History from Wayne State University in 2019.
Registration: $20 in person (light refreshments will be served)
$10 on Zoom
Everyone must RSVP by 3/15 at 12 pm - No Walk-ins
Vaccination for COVID-19 is recommended; masks are encouraged but not required.
Proceeds to benefit Hadassah.
The zoom link for the meeting will be sent the day before the meeting.
According to Hadassah policy, advance registration and a signed participant release are required for all events.
