Do we enter our older years kicking and clutching at our youth, or with an equanimity and gratitude for increasing wisdom and grace? How can we make this an enriched time full of opportunity for growth?
Karen Frank has been a Jewish Congregational Nurse at a half dozen of our Metro West Synagogues over the past 20 years and is the Director of Education and Nursing Supervisor at Homewatch Caregivers. She has led many Wise Aging Circles and traveled the country with Dr Linda Thal and Rabbi Rachel Cowan z”l to train over 600 Wise Aging facilitators.
Her practice is the integration of physical and spiritual wellness.
