Dr. Sara Youner will explain the benefits of acupuncture and answer your questions.
Acupuncture is a 3000 year old medicine; How an ancient medicine can help modern problems.
Can it help your tricky digestion, aching back and poor sleep? Come and find out. She will also discuss how Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine work.

Sara Youner received her MS in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in December 2015 and a doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in 2019 from the same school. However, acupuncture is her third career, having gotten her Masters in Library Service from Columbia University and then practicing law. However, alternative medicine, whole foods and natural healing was always her first love.

Sara's focus is on working with her patients to achieve their health goals: she provides dietary and exercise advice as well as using traditional acupuncture protocols and herbal formulas.
Sara named her practice "Morning Light Acupuncture" to capture the feeling common to most of those unable to sleep with pain and anxiety; as dawn finally comes feeling some relief and ability to sleep. The Morning Light can be magical and healing.
Sara has lived in Springfield, New Jersey for 32 years and is the mother of 7 and grandmother of 11.
